APPROACH

One acquisition.

Done right.

The  model is simple: one principal, one acquisition, full commitment. We raise capital to find the right business, then we run it ourselves; as owner-operators, not as intermediaries.

We are looking for a business with durable cash flows, a loyal customer base, and a team worth keeping. That impacts how we evaluate deals, how we treat sellers, and how we run the business after close.

What we are

A single operator acquiring one business
Backed by patient, long-term capital
Committed to growing the business
Focused on preserving what works

What we are not

A private equity fund with a quick exit
A strategic acquirer seeking synergies
A holding company acquiring in volume
Absentee owners who delegate the work

OUR PROCESS

I

Introductory Call

A 30–45 minute conversation to learn about your business and share how NSP works. No advisors and no agenda, just an honest conversation; everything you share is held in strict confidence.

II

Initial Diligence

We'll sign an NDA, review high-level financials, and ask focused questions to develop an initial picture of the business. If there's a fit, we go deeper; we move quickly and won't waste your time.

III

Site Visit & In-Person Meetings

We want to see the operation, meet key people if appropriate, and develop a genuine understanding of how the business runs day to day.

IV

Letter of Intent

We'll put forward a clear, straightforward LOI covering price, structure, and timeline. We're direct about what we need and flexible where it matters.

V

Confirmatory Diligence

Legal and financial advisors come in at this stage. We keep the process organized, communicate clearly, and flag anything material early; no surprises at the finish line.

VI

Close

Funds transfer, agreements signed, and we get to work. We don't show up on day one as strangers; the work we do during diligence means we're ready to lead immediately.

Total timeline expectation: 2-6 months
