EARLY YEARS
I grew up watching my family build something special. When we immigrated to Canada from Lebanon, we settled in Southwestern Ontario with my extended family; my uncles had already established a home building company there, and my mother became a real estate agent to help sell those homes as we got on our feet.
As a teenager, I cleaned job sites, installed windows, and helped coordinate laborers across different locations.
That upbringing gave me two convictions I've carried ever since: that hard work compounds over time, and that the people willing to take full accountability for their outcomes are the ones who live rich and fulfilling lives.
BACKGROUND
I studied at the Ivey Business School at Western University before building a career in management consulting across Info-Tech Research Group, Deloitte, and Oliver Wyman. As an Engagement Manager, I advised global banks, insurance companies, and financial services firms on strategy, valuation, and operational transformation.
Consulting gave me a toolkit I use every day: how to structure an ambiguous problem, move fast without losing rigor, lead a team through uncertainty, and earn the trust of people who've been doing something longer than you have.
In my downtime, I enjoy weightlifting, going for runs, watching sports, working on my mediocre cooking skills, or travelling across the globe.
