We target businesses generating $2–5M in EBITDA annually; large enough to support a professional operator, small enough to have a real relationship with the founder.
MARGINS
+15%
Healthy margins reflect a business with real pricing power and a loyal customer base. They give us the room to invest, improve, and grow without cutting corners.
REVENUE QUALITY
Recurring & Stable
Contracted, repeat, or subscription-based revenue that doesn't have to be re-won every year. We want to understand the revenue before we underwrite it.
OWNERSHIP
Founder-led
Businesses built and run by their owners, where the founder is motivated to find the right successor to carry their legacy.
INDUSTRY DYNAMICS
Fragmented Markets
Industries without a dominant player; where a well-run, professionally operated business has room to grow, add customers, and compound over time.
OUTLOOK
Stable or Growing
We look for businesses with a consistent earnings history and end markets that aren't in structural decline.
